Do you have to be over 18 to buy a PREPAID plan from at%26amp;t? I know if you go to 7-11 or something, you can buy a prepaid phone without giving your address or age. Just wondering if anyone's had experience doing that.Can I buy a prepaid at%26amp;t plan without a parent?
