Ok so I wanna get my cartilige and belly button pierced. But I just wanna know if you need your parent to sign the papers or just anyone like an older brother thats 23 or like an older friend?Does it have to be a parent or just anyone over 18?

It has to be a parent unless you know someone else that is old enough to be your parent that can say that they are your legal gaurdian but other than that no one that is 23 is going to be able to sign for you. Sometimes you can go to a place and if you look 18 they dont always id you.
