Youngest legal age to get a tattoo with out a parent in florida?

anybody know? Youngest legal age to get a tattoo with out a parent in florida?
18. period. always a minimum of 18. if it's not 18, then the parlor is probably a shady dodgy place that hasn't been certified. that is to say, its illegal. so get it done legally.

there are SO many things that will (probably) go wrong if you get a tattoo in some dark alley. besides getting diseases, the tattoo will probably look like *** because the guy doing it isn't good enough to work in a real tattoo parlor, probably because he's not an artist. there are a million repercussions to getting tattoos that aren't professionally done. just wait a couple of years. when you finally turn 18, you can tattoo your whole body if you want, and at any parlor. then it'll rock.

(ps, i want to miss deborah's fountain of youth in st. augustine to get a piercings and tats. it's freaking amazing, look it up. best place ever to get work done. just turn 18/have parent permission.)Youngest legal age to get a tattoo with out a parent in florida?
21 I think
