My girl freind keeps telling me that her parents are treating her like **** and that she wants out that house but shes only 17 i told her she could come stay with me but is there a way legally that she can get out and come stay with me ?My girl freind is have parent problems an she wants out?

Tell her to stick it out for 1 more year and then come stay with you. She is way to young to live with a boyfriend anyway. You are asking for trouble.

she can emancipate herself. i believe that the requirements for that are being 17, having a job, and a place to stay.

Everyone has parent problems, she just has to deal with it like everyone else as well. Unless things are really bad then she could be emancipated but your girlfriend seems like she just wants to create drama.
Alot of states have different laws, but at age 17 she would likely still be considered a child. You should do some research %26amp; find out what the laws are in your state. If you violate the law, there could be serious consequences for yourself. I know you want to help your girl friend, but I'm sure you don't was an law suits filed by your state or country.
