How much do hip microdermals cost? and can you get them done with a parent?

i have my hip pierced with a surface bar, but i know it will most likely reject no matter how good its done. i hear microdermals are alot better. so i want to know how much on average do hip microdermals cost and if you are allowed to get them done under 18 with parents permission.

I'm not sure if you can get it done at 16, most places in my area let you get them done at 16 with your parent but it depends on where you go. but my piercer said it would be about 80 each. i would call around places in your area
