so i waited about an hour at the DMV to get a duplicate drivers license because i lost mine and then i was told i couldnt because im under 18. does this mean i need a PARENT to come in? can it be a grandparent? a friend that's over 18? help please!Do i need a parent to get a duplicate drivers license?
really a duplicate drivers license they should have gave you since you have pass already but yes if they said you need a PARENT then thats what you need
