How long does it have to be before custody can be switched from one parent to another?

my dad gained custody of me about 3 months ago. i want to move in with my mom, which calls for me to be in her custody again.


since its only been a few months, is it possible for it to be switched over again without a timing problem ?

If your father has sole custody, your mother must file for sole custody assuming your father approves. The custody with your your Dad was court ordered, you just can't bounce back and forth.





Read the custody agreement. If it needs to be revised, it needs to be court approved.





Granted, you can run wherever you want and if no one objects it's fine.
