What happens to the custodial parent if she violates the visitation order?

MY husband is a great father and his ex-wife is denying him visitation and there's a court order? Is there a law to force custodial mother to do what the court order says? What happens to the custodial parent if she violates the visitation order?
Not a damn thing. The courts are only interested in making sure the noncustodial parent pays out the nose. What happens to the custodial parent if she violates the visitation order?
if shes doing this for spite yes the court can do something you need to go down to the courthouse an file a paper on her and you don't need a lawyer to do this.. if she has filed something stating why shes not allowing your hubbie to visit his kids then you know if not id call down to court house or go do it fast !!! so she will look like the moron good luck !
I'm not sure where you are, but in Canada, it's called the police. If I don't allow my X visitation without a very good reason, he just has to go to the station with the paperwork to have it enforced. I can also lose my full custody.

If she doesn't have any good reason, your hubby might want to talk to his lawyer. (I would also keep track of each incident with my lawyer) Maybe there is an option of shared custody.)
yes, you call the police and show them your court order and they go get your kid. then you have him file with his local friend of the court for visitation violation.
Yep next time she won't let your hubby see the kids you call the police. Explain to them that you have visitation order, and its time to see your kids. Then go to court and have the agreement changed in your hubbys favor.
Yes, the courts will make her let him see the children. He will have to contact the court and tell them she is refusing to let him see his children even though there is court ordered visitation. Be prepared she will likely say the kids don't want to see him, or your mean, or if you have kids they are mean to them, or when they visit you will do things for your kids but not them. She may say you two do drugs or drink to much

or you use corpral punishment (spanking), or one or both tell them their mother is lazy, no good, and your trying to turn her kids away from her. I do want to tell you if any of that is happening in your home and it can be proven you may loose your kids if you have any and he will lose all visitation, or only be allowed supervised visitation. Good Luck
