Like you're the only person on earth with a damn child? Give me a break.How many of you are sick and tired of this ';proud parent'; crap?
You have issues, you may need to seek help......Children our yours and my future..............please dont be around children alone.How many of you are sick and tired of this ';proud parent'; crap?
Lots of people have jobs, too, but some do them better than others and take a sense of pride in their work and in what their career does for humanity.





Some just have jobs because that's what they're stuck with until they win the lottery or something, then they can quit.





If you're doing something you're proud of, then you should feel pride in doing it. If someone you love does something that you feel proud of, then you should let them know.





Life=short - enjoy it, enjoy yourself, enjoy the people in your life.
it depends on the person. i love hearing about how my nephew is developing and how smart he is. i dont see him often enough since i live in another province so i love hearing all about what he is doing. it makes me feel like i am a part of it. however i am soooo tired of listening to my friends brag that little johnny is playing t ball and sits in the field with a glove on his head and crap like that. i am unable to have kids so this really irks me since i will never have bragging rights.
Actually, I am sick and tired of people that are mot proud parents. Every kid needs to feel like they are the most special kid in their parent's universe. If you don't like it, there are other areas of Yahoo questions then just paretning. Like politics, sure you have an opinion on that.

I have to wonder whether you have children, and if you do, why you are not proud of them.
I'd run away from home If I was your kid!
Im not sick of it. I think every person with a child has a right to be proud of their child and their accomplishments.. Its great to sit back and watch them grow.


Its the person who constantly brags about their children, without any consideration to the other persons kid, that aggravates me. I don't think its necessary for a parent to be snooty about it.
I am a proud parent of 3 wonderful children and proud to tell you this
Every parent should be proud of their child. Theres nothing wrong with that. The problem is with the parents that think their kids are so special they should be #1 on EVERYONES list. They just need to recognize that their kids will be special and great to them but other people have their own kids to be proud of.
