you dont need a parent to go to warped tour, but i would say go with someone a lil bit older, just in case something bad happens, such as fights or like what happened in cleveland, a hail storm and it got pretty messy...you cannot bring any chains,knifes,guns,spiked necklaces or wristbands,video cameras and im not sure about digital cameras, im sure u could sneak it in...they might do a search of you and your belongings, like if you bring a bag, im pretty sure they search everyone, unless you have priviledges.
You don't need a guardian.
