and please don't say they shouldn't be hunting alone anyway. What happens if a junior hunter gets caught hunting without a parent or guardian?
This will depend on where you are at.And what state you live in. On wildlife management areas in my state you are required to have a licensed adult with you. It doesn't matter who they are. But if on private land you may hunt by yourself all you wish. What happens if a junior hunter gets caught hunting without a parent or guardian?
I would say it depends on just how the whole thing went, if the junior hunter had his hunter safety course card like he should on him and had his tag and license on him as well and was being safe and acting polite and everything I think he would really have no problem with him hunting on his own as long as he wasn't on private property or land he couldn't hunt on.
They would not because you are really not doing anything wrong as long as you have everything you need, maybe in Calfi but any reasonable state wouldn't. You have the papers, you paid your fee, they're normally hunters too. I believe they just let you keep go hunting just fine.
You will be placed under arrest, your guns and ammo will be confiscated, if you are in a vehicle it can be confiscated, and your right to hunt in the future will be affected. Police and wildlife officials take that crime very seriously.
p.s. they shouldn't be hunting alone anyway, it's just not as fun!
You'll get arrested. In my opinion, MOST kids, but definitely not ALL shouldn't be hunting by themselves. If you are experienced, responsible, and understand all about ethics and gun safety and all that, I personally don't see anything wrong with it. I was hunting by myself when i was 12 just because I was very responsible and mature for my age and my parents knew I wouldn't do anything stupid.
Two words, Juvenile Hall. You need adult supervision because your eggs aren't cooked yet. Only the most experienced hunter can hunt solo. Believe it or not a lot can happen out there that you might not be prepared for. It's for your parent(s) to decide whether or not you can go out alone. I know in some parts of the country kids go out hunting all the time. The problem is that those same parts of the country can be filled with the poor and uneducated. Am I allowed to say that aloud?
Depends on what state you live in, what county you live in and it even comes down on who catches you too.
I'm not exactly sure what happens to the kid who gets caught, but I think that it'd go back onto their parent/guardian/s since the person who was caught was a minor.
Depends in what state you are. Here it's not so much about hunting alone, but being in possession of a firearm without adult supervision. Here bow hunting as a juvenile alone is no problem. Well that is until you get something and wish you had help dragging it out.
You can be arrested for poaching
and have guns and liscences taken away from you
Depends which State and how old you are......You should of read the rules and laws for age,supervision.....etc.....Ck your State gaming and hunting laws.
It depends on state laws. In my state I have hunted alone since I was 14.
They beat the snot out of you and take your weapon. After all, who are you gonna tell, the cops?
